"The hotel was beautiful but the room had small ants behind bed. I asked to be moved to a different room she moved me to the 2nd floor after requested for 3rd floor. I moved to the 2nd floor and it sounded like a stampede was above my head and ut was for hours. I would definitely go back but 3rd floor only. Breakfast was great amongst other hotels."

"Air conditioning was excellent, didn't need the bar, room clean, did see a roach. Didn't like paying for Continental breakfast that's free at most hotels."

"Me and my newly married husband stayed here for our little getaway the day we got married and everything was perfect! The room was very clean and stay stocked with towels and everything we needed, they even clean the room and left our belongings nicely put up while we were out and about. The staff was very accommodating and helpful as to any questions we had, the pool was also very nice and there was a couple of different pools to move around through with a hot tub included! The only thing that I would say is definitely keep in mind that it isn’t a all inclusive and the only thing that surprised me, but wasn’t too bad, was that there was no microwave in the room or in a common area so we had to pay to have one sent to the room and it was a fee for everyday we kept it. I would definitely recommend this place for couples but also families because it was very family friendly!"

"The hotel is located in a convenient location right outside the outlet mall. Breakfast choices are great including pancakes, eggs, meat, cereal, fruit, juices, etc. Parking was easy and the room was nice."
