"Room very clean. Extractor fan and telephone not working."

"Stayed at the hotel as I was attending a birthday party in nearby Earls Colne. The hotel was easy to find and location to the village was excellent. Staff were so helpful from check in to check out. Was a slight issue with my room during my stay but this was sorted expeditiously by the duty manager and housekeeping. Would recommend a stay here and would certainly stay again next time I visit the area. "

"The place was lovely and went beyond expectations! The staff were all polite and friendly and went out of their way to bring a room service call(i believe his name was Alfie) nothing was too much for him and he was super polite and efficient for all the time we wrre there."

Even the waitress listen to instructions about tea and toast and followed them to the letter The only thing I’d probably say that was missing was the attached pub/bar only did lunchtime meals and not evening"
