The location makes the trip easy, the property is always clean and quiet, and the staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay comfortable. It's the kind of hotel where you walk in and immediately relax. A consistent favorite and our first choice every time we're in the area."

"Breakfast was pretty good. Beds not so much. Horrified with horrible heavy mechanism meant to keep room's door closed at all cost: a small child or frail adult could get hurt by this monster set-up. Not even a door stop available to keep door open to get luggage cart in/out without massive effort. "

"The room was really clean and the breakfast was plentiful and well organized. The only downside was the A/C in our room that would click off then rev up again over and over all night. It was noisy and kept us up. "

"Everything was very nice and clean. Convenient walk across the parking lot to Arrowhead Mall. Also across Bell Rd is Target, strip mall of stores & Many restaurants like Olive Garden, Applebees, Chilis etc... Costco, Traders Joe's etc... Awesome & Convenient location!! Breakfast was great every morning w Fresh Hot entrees along w oatmeal , waffles, bagels, yogurts and more..."

"The room and breakfast offering was what I would expect from an economy property, (which is what this is) but I felt the price was higher than what I would consider inline for this place. It may be due to there only being a few offerings available in the immediate area of the hospital. Not a lot of choice but to pay the premium when you really have to be there. "

"Best part was the breakfast and coffee set up. Next best part was the shower pressure. Overall, it was not vey clean, lots of maintenance issues, and rooms are VERY loud due to proximity to Bell Rd and the 101 (we had to go buy a fan (they didn't have any for us to use) to block out the traffic noise). The window coverings allow lots of light in when closed, which made sleeping tough (street lights, sun, headlights, etc.). Staff seemed nice and helpful, but overall this is a pretty low-rent...

"This is an okay place to lay your head for the night, but that’s it. Very bare-bones. Breakfast is meh, rooms don’t have coffee makers or clocks. There is a communal microwave in the lobby. Beds are old. It is quiet though. Not what I expected from a Hilton property."

"When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again"
