"Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. "The bar staff and restaurant staff were great. We really enjoyed interacting with them. The front desk staff efficient and nice. But, we had a few problems in the room that were addressed after I talked to the desk....after few times.
