"We paid for 3 rooms and only received 2 rooms. This was a trip for construction crew and 2 guys had to share a room due to this. Asked for refund of the 1 room since they didn't honor the reservation and they told us they couldn't refund the amount and that we have to obtain the refund from Expedia. Front desk not helpful at all. Trash was in bags in the hallways from other guests and not cleaned up by staff."

"My stay at Red Roof Inn was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot at 6:00 a.m. everyday. I felt safe with all of the security cameras. I want to thank the staff for being friendly and professional."

"It was good enough for a one night stay. You get what you pay for, it’s not a 4/5 star hotel. Although I reserved a “non-smoking” room, it still smelled like smoke. The AC helped reduce the smell. There was a roach that came out of the restroom. The hairdryer worked. Fridge was cold and convenient. The best was stiff, but I slept good. The shower was hot and comfortable. Overall, you get what you pay for."
