"This hotel bills itself as a “Boutique Hotel” but it seemed like a kitschy way of explaining why the property was frozen in the 80’s. My room (king suite) was very spacious, but had many issues: crumpled tissues and other small litter left on the floor, small blood stains on the bed sheet, insufficient towels, stopper for tub did not work. "No one mentioned there was a laundry room when I checked in. I would have liked to have known that as this location was in the middle of my trip. I only discovered the Guest Laundry minutes before I checked out. Too late to actually use it. Otherwise the staff was very kind and pleasant."
