"Overall the stay came into the excellent category. A couple of issues needed addressing Initially the receptionist was rushing, a little outdated hotel but in very good condition, We will stay here again if our travel plans bring us back to SF"

"AC didn’t work was making loud noise. Paid $45 for barely any parking. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had at any Embassey I’ve stayed at. I went to get my 2 complimentary drinks at 6:15 which it ended at 6:30 but staff said they were closed."

"I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid. I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes. After moving everything...

"We appreciated the quick grab breakfast options (hot breakfast options available for those with later flights) before hitting the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door. We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot."

"The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!"

"Even though the WiFi was not working, the staff was extremely accommodating. My early check in fee was waived as well as overnight parking and I given a free drip coffee which was really good! My room was clean but it had a light smell of smoke, however I was very pleased with the awesome bay view! The indoor pool was and jacuzzi was also nice. I had a couple glasses of prosecco which were reasonably priced."

"We would definitely come back here the next time we visit San Francisco. What we loved best was the hotel felt very safe, super clean, very friendly staff, garage for parking, great location, and small area for kids to play at the end. The only complaint we have is there was not a vent in the bathroom So it got muggy after showers. Other than that it was a great place to stay."
