"It’s in the middle of downtown. Clean and spacious rooms, and wonderful staff especially this one woman. I lost the card with her name on it but she has a British accent. I think her name starts with Lady-. She was so welcoming and warm! Also the breakfast is amazing!"

"Wasn't terrible, but wa
sn't good either.
Very outdated, elevators need service. Multiple water leak across the property. Inconsistent information from staff. Hallways smelled of meldew, most likely from water leaks. A ton of noise from the strip. After watch staff handle the food we opted out of the breakfast. Was thankful we only spent one night here."

"Interesting that it’s connected to another hotel on the backside and we had to go around the block to check in. The hotel did not have its own check in area. But, once we were there we enjoyed the hotel and amenities."

"Very disappointing stay. The front desk provided poor customer service and was unhelpful when I needed assistance. I paid for a quality experience but did not receive the service I expected. The room did not meet expectations, and the pool was very small. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had."
