"The room I stayed in, the wallpaper was peeling. Looked like some minor water damage. If you happen to obtain a tour credit, the staff isn’t very knowledgeable about it, that’s including the concierge. I enjoyed the stay nonetheless."

"Check in staff was very nice but gave us the wrong info, check out Staff was bothered by us trying to get our vehicle and at one point suggested one of us go get our luggage while the other waited on the vehicle, not sure how one person was supposed to carry 5 bags of luggage? Plan ahead for the pain if you park your vehicle with them and I hope the staff is more pleasant"

"The hotel is good, breakfast is nice but daily options are basically the same every day. The rooms are decent sized and pretty clean. My issue was with staff, when checking in I, one of the rooms I had was not prepaid for and the staff member helping me check in said he needed a car for incidentals. The moment I was going to tap it he charged me for the room as well. He told me that it was only on hold and that I could change the credit card the moment I checked out. When checking out, I requested to change the credit card to pay for the room. They asked me to tap my credit card so the room would be paid for with the new credit card. Hours later my original credit card was charged instead. Communication needs to be better and they should tell you what you are actually paying for."
