"I rate everything 10/10; it was super clean and the staff was lovely. However, there is one thing I donā€™t understand: I had a room with a bathtub, but to use the soap, you have to get up, get out of the tub, and reach for it at the sink. Unless I missed something, why were there no soap dispensers by the tub? Also, there was no small table to place a glass."
