Very centrally located and close to most sites. Easy to request taxi service. Very accommodating hotel staff. Responsive to all needs and attentive.

Nice value and quality
Smaller hotel quite close to India Habitat Center where I was attending a meeting. The staff were very accommodating, they had already provided an iron in my room when I arrived. Room was clean and air conditioning worked well, a necessity in May. Personnel helped me to arrange for drivers at various times and thanks to this I was not "ripped off". On one morning I was able to appreciate the breakfast, quite reasonable and the staff made some eggs for me on request. However on the other mornings, even though I arrived just after 7:30 the foods were still being prepared and set out, so I was a bit disappointed.

Good location. Lousy Management
A bit less expensive than some neighboring hotels but the management’s lack of understanding of customer service makes it unworthy. Room is dark and old. Breakfast uninteresting. Left and checked in elsewhere. Much happier.

Good enough, no extraordinary
This hotel it is just okay if the purpose is not to spend much time in the room. TV never worked and in any case there was no listing of international channels. Electrical power seemed to be on and off but there was a good private generation.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum es diese "Residency" sogar in Reiseführer geschafft hat. Völlig abgewohnt und unappetitlich und wenn man das Pech hat, hinter der Rezeption zu schlafen, wird man um 4.00 von knallenden Türen geweckt, die aber ansonsten nicht schließen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Great Location, hotel in need of a renovation.
The location is excellent, clean and safe. However the hotel is not the cleanest, specially the bathrooms were not global 1* standard, the firings are old, the hot water isn't always available. Room is fine though, but also little tired.

A really great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very very clean and they also provided the best continental breakfast in comparison to all the other Motels we stayed at in India. Centrally located with a cheap Uber ride or easy access to the Metro system.

this is my 2nd time in this hotel (1st time was in 2011) and i must say that i'm pleased with the room, location, staff. what needs improvement are the towels used. even their breakfast is ok.

Situated on a busy road with cars honking day and night - no double glazing to reduce noise. The room I was in needs renovation. The daily price varies by a factor of six. Priced OK when at its lowest, but exaggerated when at its highest.

Nice, small hotel in quiet neighborhood
Nice hotel, with great (though small) rooms, and wonderful buffet breakfast in the morning. Close to many attractions in Central Delhi.

Nice Boutique hotel
We stayed at this boutique hotel after a long train ride. Our two needs were: clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Both of these were met to our satisfaction. The hotel was clean and nice with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was big with a good shower and lots of hot water (heated by solar energy). Twin beds were comfortable. WIFI was available in the room (no extra charge). Restaurant upstairs provided good food (both Indian and continental). We took a stroll around the neighborhood in the evening which was safe and much quieter compared to other areas in Delhi. We have stayed in other more expensive hotels in Delhi, but this hotel provides all we need at a reasonable price. We will be back.

Perfect hotel to avoid jam on departure to North.
A nice little hotel. team hospitality outstanding.the room rather small but not too small.clean. The air conditioning was not very comfortable but we managed. the water is warm only in the morning as the season is very hot.although some people want warm shower during summer as well. restaurant is cute and well presented. there is nothin out of the hotel such as commercial center. we didnt miss it because we just slept over towards the next day. in total we had a good experience. certainly worth the price we paid for.

Stay in Ahuja Residency
Overall it was a good stay for 4 nights. Front desk staff in the daytime were friendly. Food was basic but good and not too pricy. The breakfast was good. The hired car/taxi booked by the hotel was good and of moderate cost. The lift was located at an inconvenient spot. I had to go up or down a flight of stairs to get the lift. On the day of checkout (at 3:30 am) the credit-card unit did not work - fortunately I had cash. There was a ceiling fan hanging on a very low ceiling. It was dangerous - my hand got hit twice. There must be warning posted in the room about this danger.
