It was ok for a stay for few hrs to be honest, dont expect to get a 4 stars above treatment. Staff was helpful, they came to pick our luggage up even at 3:00 am in the morning outside the hotel, which was very good. Room was ok, basic - nothing fancy. Good for staying for few hrs. Morning breakfast was good i would say, it was lovely to have that after a long flight. Outer appearance is kinda run down but overall the stay was satisfactory for few hrs.

I stayed just for one day but had a very comfortable stay at this Lohmod Pick up from the airport was very prompt, room was very clean and spacious. Free breakfast in the morning had all kinds of options. Definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Delhi.

Clean room, friendly and courteous staff. Took a star off as response was a bit slow when we requested extra towel and had to ask three times with Grace given overnight before we got it next morning. Also, toilet was leaking and when fixed worked for a short time before leaking again. Proximate to airport and there ia a restaurant in house which we did not have opportunity to try.

This is hotel situated on Main highway. Very approachable and safe. We reached in total 9 minutes form the Indira Gandhi Airport. I think this is first from Airport. Beware most of the hotel is inside streets and not safe. We stay three night here and also went Agra to see Taj Mahal. I strongly recommend who visit Delhi.

I stayed here for the last two days of my trip. I had arranged that I would get into my room early at 10am for no extra cost, when I arrived at 8am I had breakfast and was upgraded so that I could get to my room straight away. Every taste is provide for in their restaurants. Breakfast is oppulent. Room service is fast and very good. Location is quiet good only 10 minutes from Airport on main road. We recommend all who visit Delhi.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at the Imperial for two nights in mid-September. From the moment we arrived, we had a great experience. We had booked a normal room, but they put in in a lovely Executive room. We arrived at the hotel after midnight and had great room service, even at that hour. Breakfast was very good...buffet style with Indian and standard western options. We ate at the restaurant and had a really great meal. The portions were enormous. There was no way to eat the entire starter and main meal. The room was beautiful.I didn't find the staff to be overly obsessed with tips...I did tip those that gave service, but I would expect to. Overall, a really good experience and I would recommend the hotel.

The property was clean,close to the hotel.the only issue we had that the staff was not propery notified of our package inclusion,they picked us up from airport and wanted to charge us for the pick up shuttle also the breakfast in the morning they also wanted to charge when I showed them my paperwork my expedia which showed that breakfast was included and one way transfer from airport was included then they agreed and by the way it also showed free upgrade to the room I dont what room we suppose to get and what upgrade was given.

Flughafentransfer haben wir selber gebucht. Personal war soweit nett. Die Rezeption hatte ein riesiges Durcheinander mit unserer Buchung. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und alles im Voraus bezahlt, war aber schwierig bis die Rezeption alles abgeklärt hatte. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich für Indische Gäste. Wir haben ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht und ein Zimmer direkt an der Strasse und beim Fahrstuhl bekommen. Das Wasser zum Duschen war kalt. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
