The hotel rooms were not clean as per expected standards. Bedsheets were also not very clean and didn’t feel good. Bathroom was very old. Overall hotel room was not as per the price charged. Its definitely not a 3 star.

Had a very bad experience at the hotel. From checking in where the attender at the desk wasn’t wearing a mask to the room service, where we needed to call 5 minutes in advance to get hot water in the washroom. The room was very shabby, the place was not clean, black stains on the floors throughout. The bathroom was equipped with slimy buckets and mugs and also had the windows plastered with wood instead of windows. The sheets and towels were torn and had stains on them. The rug to the washroom was dripping wet and torn and hadn’t been changed. There was no room warmers and the AC and TV were not functional. I would not rate them this bad, had they put up the pictures to show the actual state of the room and place and mentioned in advance the issues with the items not working. But they saturated the pictures and edited them to make the place very clean and neat. Especially as a 3 star rated hotel and the price, I wouldn’t be impressed with what they offer.

When we arrived they couldn't find out reservation. Kept saying hotels hadn't told them we had booked. Finally after numerous phone calls someone turned up and found us. The room looks nothing like the photos. Room dirty. Bedding had what I can describe as grease, as someone had been eating on the bed. The air con had a white noise which drove me to disappear. When we left we asked for a taxi, to which the response no, we don't phone, find one yourself. On a high note the Porter was lovely and showed us everything in our room and was more than willing to get us anything.

Ons verblijf bij Hotel Nirmal Mahal was op zich prima. Ze waren de handdoeken en het wc-papier vergeten in de kamer, dus daar hebben we om moeten vragen. Wat mij erg tegenviel is dat ons bij het uitchecken vertelt werd dat we de kamer nog moesten betalen. Dit had ik echter al van te voren gedaan via Expedia. Ik heb dit meermaals aangegeven maar er werd niet naar geluisterd, we mochten ook niet weg zonder te betalen. Dus uiteindelijk hebben we dubbel betaald. Tot op heden heb ik nog geen geld teruggezien van het Hotel.

Personnel exceptionnel. Vraiment aidant et sincère. Sans avoir le sentiment de se faire avoir. par contre, odeur très très désagréable dans la chambre. Pas de fenêtres extérieures et manque d'air.

OK for the price

The room was very noisy, not only I could hear what was going on the floor, but everything from the top floor kitchen, neighbor room, toilets flushing and lobby. Staying here was depressing as the room was like staying in a cell. It was tiny and uncomfortable as the bed take most of the space, same for the bathroom, and the side rug had a very strong humid smell.

Excellent hotel near a big market in Delhi.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, very comfortable beds and the room was clean. Hard to find at first as we had to walk from a street corner (not that far), but in the center of action. Nice staff, thanks!

Helt okej men det finns bättre alternativ!

Vi bokade två dubbelrum och bad om att få dessa nära varandra. Det slutade med att vi hamnade på olika våningar. Rummen var väldigt små, men de var helt okej med tanke på priset. Det finns dock bättre hotell i samma område för samma pris (som är avsevärt finare!). Jag skulle inte boka det här hotellet igen.

Nice Hotel Close to Metro

I was reluctant to book this hotel, I saw the review and given it a go, after staying at the hotel, the hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly,and so well maintained. Hotel is so close to central railway station and Metro. price is very cheap compared to some other hotels. definitely will choose this hotel again. 5 star for the money i have paid.

Amazing staff and facility

We cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff and Management provide top professional services. upon arrival we greeted with complimentary drinks. The manager Mr. Anand and saurabh made us feel at ease and at home. every member of staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are extremely comfortable clean, and pristine. Wifi and Ac is work well breakfast was so good that we chose to order room service for our dinner.

very smart and calm hotel

we stay in one night and it was a pleasure to escape the bedlam of new delhi and get to our large room/bathroom modern and very clean. we had a room with a floor ceiling window /wall overlooking the mail road which was a great view abit noise but ok with earplugs friendly lobby staff. they had a travel desk which we booked our Taj Mahal driver/tour through.

Excellent Hotel and great great location

I was stay in first time in Hotel Nirmal Mahal. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.rooms are specious and enough modern decor with a nice. comfortable and clean beds and mattresses.location was excellent. not too far from city center and metro station.staying here was delightful experience. I enjoy every second there and would recommend it to anyone.

おすすめしません

1階にあるフロント横の部屋にされたために非常にうるさかったです。 価格的に安宿の中では高級？めかと思って予約しましたが、フリーWi-Fiは遅いために使えず、シャワールームは汚く、値段に見合うものは特になかったです。 一応お湯は出てシャワーの水圧もまあまあです。スタッフは普通。 コスパが悪いと思うのでまたメインバザールに泊まることになってもここには泊まりません。

Séjour très passable à cet hôtel. La chambre n'était pas toute propre, la sonorisation entre les chambres quasi inexistantes et le service plus que moyen... Pour avoir une carte de New Delhi, nous avons du passer par le guide touristique de l'hôtel, sinon nous ne pouvions pas avoir de carte ! Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement dans tous les cas.
