The bath-room was excellent and so was the temperature control. The food was enjoyable. The hotel provided an ironing board upon request. The room was quiet with a nice view of a green field and trees. Unfortunately the hotel's phone service was totally disabled for over 24 hours, and I couldn't order room service during that period, but I don't think this is a regular problem. The receptionist Ankit was very friendly and helpful.

An average hotel with potential to improve
Since our flight arrival was later in evening we had a take taxi from the IG Airport; the distance was much longer than mentioned on the Resort information. Dining & breakfast services very average although staff were polite & courteous. An average hotel which has a lot of potential to improve its service & increase its rating & bookings.

자신있게 추천할 만한 숙소
시설은 아늑하고 청결했으며, 서비스는 아주 프로페셔널했습니다. 나를 포함한 총 9명의 멤버가 10월 4일과 19일, 총 2회에 걸쳐 각 1박을 했습니다. 이 호텔의 여성 메니저는 너무나 능숙하고 신속하게 업무를 처리했고, 우리는 모든 면에서 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 호텔의 음식 또한 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 우리가 저녁에 먹은 피자를 추천합니다. 그러나 스프는 한국에서 먹던 그런 맛이나 모양이 아니어서 입맛에 맞지는 않았습니다. 무엇보다 훌륭하고 즐거웠던 것은 숙박에 포함된 조식이었는데, 토스트와 따뜻한 우유, 후레이크, 신선한 과일과 주스, 커피까지 완벽했습니다. 평범한 매뉴를 최고로 만들어 준 것은 식당의 야외 정원과 직원들의 진심이 담긴 훌륭한 서비스였습니다. 정말 즐겁고 기분 좋은 아침 식사였습니다!

This hotel is the nicest part of Delhi by far, absolutely amazing staff, food was amazing and the building is just beautiful. Swimming pool is lovely might I add ☺️

The property was advertised in expedia as being 2.1 km or 1.31 miles from international airport but infact it was nearly 11km. Not happy. Very misleading.

Very dated, took about 2 minutes for hot water, they limit bottled water to 2 our day, pool was not accessible at this time of year due to weeding season. Place was Ok for a stop over while waiting to fly. Coorispondence to book a shuttle was slow.

The room was dirty. There were blood stains on the sheets. Dirty towel left in the bathroom. We informed the management and they changed everything but it meant that we went to bed only at 2am.

To avoid at any cost
Hotel quality is far away from what show the photos. There was a wedding that day so impossible to sleep before 2am. Furthermore, they couldn't find a solution for paying with CB. The summum was no hot water .... Never again

Helt ok hotell, men på kvällen hade de fest i receptionen( någon som skulle gifta sig) kl 1 på natten fick vi säga till. Skulle upp 5 på morgonen. Har man fest då kan man inte lägga andra gäster intill. Valde hotellet för de hade flygplatstransfer. Icke, fick ta en Uber . Chauffören hittade ej dit, efter antal telefonsamtal kom han. Han sa att det inte var ett hotell utan en farm. Det fanns ingen i receptionen så tidigt. Positivt var maten vi beställde. Åt på rummet som var bra. Fint poolområde.

Excellent for an overnight stay for the airport , but because there were two weddings going on while I there , only room service was available, and that was limited.

Not great
Hotel room looked nothing like the pictures and was not clean. There were probably two dozen mosquitos in the bathroom. I would not be surprised if I brought home bed bugs in my suitcase and clothing. This is more like a 2 star hotel than a 3.5 star hotel as advertised. It is also quite difficult to find. Would not recommend.
