The hotel staff was OUTSTANDING. Right from the reception, to luggage counter and housekeeping. The entire staff was very helpful except for this one guy at the breakfast buffet who didn’t have the courtesy to bring ketchup at the table if we forgot it unintentionally LOVED OUR STAY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed in the family room, the staff were so accommodating- really appreciated their help through the requests we had. Ground floor staff always greeted us with smiles and so much kindness. Room service was top notch, same with house keeping. Beds are comfortable and nice to sleep in.
