"This was a very nice hotel. Rooms were large with separate sitting area. What surprised me was that for such a nice place in general, there was no microwave in the room. Staff said that there were microwaves available in the lounges on the second floor. They also offered to bring one to my room, which I accepted, so no problem in the end. Just remember you will have to ask."

"The staff here is amazing!! They went above and beyond to help us when we realized there was no elevator and we couldn’t get to the 2nd floor. The location was convenient and I would stay here again."
"Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!"
