"Large room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean.
We did experience one problem, which we did not find till we went to bed at 11:00 pm.
The floor between the window and bed was soggy wet. Believe the a c was leaking. Found the problem when I went to climb into bed. Told the front desk when we checked out next morning."
"The room looked very clean at first, however in the bathroom, the tops of the bottles of shampoo, etc that were in the shower had nasty black stuff on them. The underside of the shelf in the shower was disgusting with what looked like mold and mildew. The fan vent in the bathroom also desperately needs to be cleaned. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and polite, she was the only staff we dealt with."
"Clean room. Bed was a little hard for me but may be fine for others. Tile floor had some loose joints in bathroom but only noticeable when walking in there. Breakfast was about average, but slow on refilling empty containers or not at all. Blackout curtains needed replaced but kept out most of the light
Overall not a bad facility just needed some TLC"
"The Cyrus is wonderful. There’s a bowling alley in their across-the-street restaurant, which also serves a deeply memorable burger. I would definitely stay here again."
