"I would have given this place 5 stars bc the hotel was beautiful inside & out however upon first entering it had an eerie vibe especially bc we were not even acknowledged for a couple of minutes by the 2 male staff behind the desk. They made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and that I we were a nuisance."

Was busy due to it being graduation weekend in May but never felt overrun with people. Lobby area had a huge fireplace that probably is awesome in those cold Albany winters!"
