The location was great for exploring the town and being close to pubs, restaurants, and activities. They had a nice living room type area downstairs to sit, but no additional amenities."

"Our stay at Nevins Newfield Inn was outstanding. We were greeted and welcomed by the proprietors and personally shown to our room in the Lodge. We were given a room facing away from the road as we had requested and on the 1st floor so that we did not need to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no elevator. "10/10 super central and cosy guesthouse in Clifden. Super location, clean rooms, fast wifi and the Nespresso machines in the room were a welcome surprise. The kitchen and entrance are getting a refurb but its a minor quibble, it looks exciting . The wine bar will open in July but the space is free to use for guests and is a really cool, chill space. Really friendly local owner who gave us some local tips on the hidden gems of Connemara . 10/10"
