"Breakfast was not the experience I was hoping for based on the reviews I read. Toaster needs to be replaced. Had to toast my bread 4 times to get it close to having a bit of a crunch. Stayed 4 days & only had their breakfast once. Staff were not kind. No “hello, good morning, good afternoon”. I asked one of the attendants if they were bringing out bacon. Her answer flat out “no”. Their pool grounds were so dismal. No plants, flowers, nice pottery. Overall they can do better. "

"They put me in a wheelchair accessible room which was a big corner room with great light but the shower was filthy. Hair and stuff on the floor. I had to shower using a towel on the ground of the shower. The bathroom was not clean. The rooms should be inspected before released. I’m a diamond Hilton member and it was not adequate. "

"Love this hotel for the amenities it provides, such as beach access with umbrella and chairs as well as transportation within a 3-mile radius. The only downside was the bathroom shower with a small tub and only a hand-held shower nozzle."

"Front desk staff seemed to be annoyed by guests checking in- very abrupt and seemingly bothered by the exchange. Called 4x over 2 days before they actually had iron & ironing board delivered. "

"The front desk service was exceptionally great. The property is kept updated. The beach access and amenities are a plus. Very quiet and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again and return as much as we can during the year. Breakfast is good too."
