"Chloe at the desk was amazing! She remembered our family from our previous stay and that my little boy is a very picky eater and loves the popcorn in the lobby. She is a stand out employee. The girl in the morning checkout never spoke and we had to speak first to make her speak to us. A woman fell in the lobby and we helped her up. We told the same unpleasant morning worker it happened so she could check on her and she just looked at us like she was disgusted it happened and again never spoke. There is a huge difference in the service received between Chloe and the other girl!! As far as the room, it was nice but the floor makes your feet “black”, getting rid of the carpet would be an excellent upgrade to the place. The food was warm and delicious for breakfast the next morning."
