"The owner was wonderful, the room was beautiful and the bed was heavenly. Will definitely be back again."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but in the middle of the night I found a half inch winged insect crawling up my body in bed. Having killed it, I went into the bathroom, where I found one of its cousins climbing up the wall. Apart from the insect infestation, it might have been a decent stay. No breakfast, just coffee."

"I would have like to have been able to swim in the pool. I asked before I booked and was told that the pool would be opened. Unfortunately, this did not happen. There was also construction or remodeling going on in the building. I would have liked to know this in advance as well. Had I been privileged to accurate information, I would have made another choice."

"The floor was "swepted" but was not clean. I thought the bathroom doorknob was on backwards, but then I realized the door was removed and rehung upside down. The pillows were very thin. THE shower was good, very generous with the hot water, the a/c worked well and the staff was nice. Overall, I really wasn't impressed."

"The property is lovely. Despite being told it was heated, the pool was not heated. (I did not find this out - until after checking the temperature with my hand, and asking the concierge/ front desk to turn up the temperature. Only then did they find out by calling maintenance that the pool heater was not working). There was no mention of when it would be fixed -if ever. "

"We were put in a handicap room and we did not request this. Our lights did not work and the staff just said it’s the only room we have. No apology or request to address the issue. My husband had to find the breaker and trip the switch for lights and he also had to attach the toilet seat! The worst hotel experience I have ever had! "

"I love it here. I always choose to stay here when I'm in Brunswick. They always treat me woth kindness and make me feel absolutely special. I love Gary he's the best and Ms. Linda is so sweet I love talking both their heads off when I'm there. Please tell them thank you for always making my visit awesome "
