"We enjoyed our experience here. The staff were helpful and nice. They went the extra mile to make us feel special for our stay. My only issue is that the state of the facility, specifically our room was below expectation for the price point of this resort. The rooms are quite dated. Our bathroom had a sewage smell and the room in general looked quite old and tired. I know this is an older and historic property, but it felt like there were updates that could have been made to keep the historic...

"Arrived in the evening when it was dark. Sign said Lobby on 2nd floor. Placards on wall said Lobby this way with arrows. Outdoor hallways dark as there was no lighting. Could not find lobby. Finally saw paper note on door telling me check in was virtual. Why can't there be a lobby like most hotels?"

"First our tv didnt work then they fixed, then the clock crapped out, and k cup coffee pot didnt work. The ocean view was the best-selling point for this room. All said, other than those couple negative problems our stay was good."

"The kids enjoyed this stay the most out of our 9 day vacation where we stayed in 4 different places as we traveled from Oklahoma, to Florida, then to Georgia before heading to Tennessee. The pool/hot tub, & outdoor sitting area were absolutely gorgeous! We stayed in the suites and they were huge! Absolutely will be booking here again! "
