"The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !"

"Owner took my booking then cancelled, emailing to say I’d be refunded as he doesn’t know how to work the system, before deciding it was somehow my fault and I wasn’t to be refunded. Both the owner and Hotels.com have ignored my communications and this will now be taken further. "
