"Appart hotel qui offre un rapport qualité prix tout à fait correct. Il est bien situé dans la zone 1 et le centre de Londres et tous les centres d'intérêt sont facilement accessibles par metro. Le quartier est très sur et rassurant. Il y a une superette à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants. Seul bemol, le jacuzzi etait froid et donc sans intérêt et la salle de sport est vétuste (certains appareils sont hors service ainsi que le sauna, c'est dommage). We were given the family apartment which had a bunk bed in the bedroom in addition to the queen which made it crowded. living area was comfortable and location was convenient to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Check in is not at the apartment which was unexpected. Apartment location is its best feature."

"This is a very clean and well equipped apartment hotel but there is a huge problem They do not service the apartments (or did not in the full eight nights i was there) and you need to wash and iron your own sheets and towels and take your rubbish to a bin on the road outside. I was surprised as everything else was fine. Chelsea Cloisters opposite has similar facilities but services the rooms every two days so compare prices."

Eventually we got to our apartment and there was small pieces of broken glass on the floor, small bits of food in the fridge and generally not very clean. There was also no bedding for the sofa bed."

"This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. The laundry is shared, but minus the jaunt from one building to another, was super convenient especially once we discovered the drying rack.
