There’s a lot of trash outside the hotel as well as old dog poop just sitting outside. The front door was never cleaned up. Inside walls needed to be repainted. "The hotel is set in a nice location. Unfortunately our first floor room, as did many others, looked onto an internal roof area which was shabby and dirty. General decor was tired and dated. Food was ok. Could not fault the staff who were friendly and helpful. Room prices did not justify state of the hotel."

"This was a minimal service hotel, it was obvious they were cutting corners everywhere they could. There was no one at the desk except around check-in time & random other moments. I never saw any cleaning staff (or evidence they did any cleaning). There was no door tag to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. I have a receipt that a half deposit was paid but they charged the full fee. I asked when someone was there, they checked & said Expedia cancelled the reservation, but it was still active....

"This was a fantastic place to stay in Inverness! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful! Every interaction was sincere and made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and spacious. We did not stay on the property for breakfast but the staff were happy to recommend a local bakery just down the street. Additionally the property is very close to the city center and was only a short walk away from many of the pubs!"

Neither of us was able to download the app. ended up calling expedia and still waiting for return call when knocked on door and were told that the door would be unlocked at 1600. "The location is very nice, nestled amongst beautiful homes with a few cafes and restaurants close by. It's a very walkable location. The room was comfortable, and the jet tub was very appreciated after walking and sightseeing all day.
