Property was lovely but it has been well used & abused over time! Leak in fridge & stagnant water in bottom drawer, shower door hanging on by a thread, no toilet seat in en-suite, stains on sofa cushion covers, leather sofa holes, wooden floor in kitchen water damaged, etc!! Location is great for party goers, bit noisey at night for us

It would have been nice to have had a biscuit on arrival to go with the tea / coffee which was available. Need to bring ear plugs as the Hootenanny is across the road and the music goes on till 01.00 in the morning

Location, location, location! This was a great spot that was close to literally everything downtown. Really convenient for those travelling on transit. The rooms were okay. The cleanliness needed some work with a lot of mold in the shower and not sure if our sheets were clean as we found eyelashes in them. The birds at the church next door sang all night long into our window.

The flat was not properly cleaned, specially in the kitchen and living room. To make matters even worst, we found bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. A bad experience indeed!

The apartments are very central which is great. You have to collect the key from another location up round the corner which isn’t ideal. The apartment was nice, bright & well equipped. The only downside was the bathroom reeked of damp, we think it was the bath mat but it filled the whole room with a very strong damp smell. Overall though we would stay here again, just hopefully they’d have a different bathmat which doesn’t smell.

The place was dirty, sheets had hair and stains. I asked for them to clean it and the sent someone who remade the bed with the same filthy bedding, blood and yellow stains in finally had to request extra sheets and just sleep on top of the bed.

Room was clean when we arrived. Bed was comfortable. We were given the family apartment which had a bunk bed in the bedroom in addition to the queen which made it crowded. living area was comfortable and location was convenient to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Check in is not at the apartment which was unexpected. Apartment location is its best feature.

There was water on the floor which appeared to have come through the ceiling. The electric radiator in the bedroom was hanging off the wall. The bedroom was too cluttered with bunk beds making getting in and out of bed difficult. The check in process was not advised prior to arrival. Other than that reasonable value for money considering the price of local competition.

Bottom line it was a good price on a great location right in the middle of old town. However, when you go to check-in, you have to walk a couple of blocks to a different location to get your key. All the staircases and hallways smell strongly of stale smoke Perhaps a touch of vomit and a lot of air freshener. when we got into our apartment, one of the toilets was missing a seat entirely, and there was mould in the bathroom went to use a cup from the kitchen cabinets and it was dirty. However, the linens were all very clean and the bathroom was clean aside from the mouldy shower. The location could not be beat and it was a very good price. Reception woman was very kind and friendly.

Urgently needed a room for the night due to bereavement and booked this as it was cheap. Keys for room needed collection from sister hotel a couple of minutes walk away, the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The room however was very basic (which was not really a problem for the time we were there but did intend to stay possibly longer). The bathroom was dirty and mould on the tiles. The bed was in desperate need of replacement and mattress felt like “whack-a-mole” with springs popping up! No toiletries supplied, hairdryer had damaged/split cable and dangerous to use. Air vent in bathroom missing cover and had filthy exposed fan and electronics. Parking not as described and had to park in multi-storey 5 min walk away. Tea and coffee supplied in the room but no teaspoon. Will not be rebooking here

Die Unterkunft war in einem extrem schlechten hygienischen Zustand. Wir haben abgebrochene künstliche Fingernägel und benutzte Kontaktlinsen neben dem Bett gefunden, alles war sehr dreckig, die Dusche komplett verschimmelt, dreckiges und löchriges Bettzeug und Handtücher. Die Wohnung wurde augenscheinlich nicht saubergemacht, nachdem unsere Vermieter ausgecheckt haben. Sowas haben wir leider noch nie erlebt, absolut ekelhaft.

The tv did not have a signal to any channels, the water pressure was so low the toilet did not flush properly and the bed was very uncomfortable and the view was a brick wall. The tv and toilet issues were reported at the property but no one came to fix them

Too much money for horrible property. We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. One toilet was unusable because it did not have a seat. The other bathroom smelled so bad you had to hold your breath to use it and the floor had spots it that we did not even want to imagine what it could be. Bathrooms had no hand soap and the kitchen soap was basically water. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were all stained. The only some what good thing was water pressure was good in the shower (ignore the mold) and ok location. Also no instruction on how to check in, we asked a guy at the bar next store who pointed us around the block to the associated hotel to check in. I still had to call to find it. Do not recommend.

We stayed in the apartments and had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common area. It had the potential to be incredibly nice. Keep in mind that the building is in the bar district, so you will get a little noise from that. It was like visiting your old friend’s house, it was just surface clean. Dust bunnies under the beds, sticky floor (probably a cleaner residue), mold in a shower. I cracked up at the vase of dead flowers on top of the stove. We were missing a toilet seat, one shower door rail was broken and all the dining chair legs were loose. Luckily, my husband noticed before we sat on them and did more damage. The beds were hard, but the bedding was clean, the bathroom utilities were mostly clean and there are towel warmers. The area was very walkable with an Tesco around the corner and the price was right.

The location of the apartment downtown Inverness was the best part. The next best was clean bedding. After that it goes downhill. The floors were dirty, there was dirt and debris in the corners, a dirty cup in the bathroom. It was just a one night stay, so we could deal with it. Checking in was awful. We arrived to the address given to find a note on the door that we had to go to a different address (a few minutes away). When we arrived to the given address, there was a LINE of people waiting for someone to show up to reception! We were all trying to call the number listed in the CORNER to rouse reception, but there was no answer. FINALLY an older gentleman wandered in, unapologetically, and started to check people in. Not the best first impression for ANY business. I like to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to mixed reviews. But if you want a clean place that is easy to check in to . . . This wasn’t it.
