The location was convenient and the hotel was pretty nice, but there is very limited parking and, if the spaces are all occupied, you need to leave the car in a parking lot 5 minutes away from the hotel, which can be a hassle with all the baggage

Highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic next to the train station and centrally located to shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! High tea was a travellers delight! Fun to stay in such a historic building!

The team were helpful and friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The restaurant team made sure we were well looked after, especially as I had a specific dietary requirement, this was not an issue and it was very well catered for. Thanks to everyone who made sure we received true Scottish hospitality during our stay. Good size room with tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom was a good size with shampoo and shower gel.

The room was most spacious with two comfortable double bed. The ceilings are high and the decoration is tasteful. The bathroom was equipped with a very long bath. The main stairs are quite lively and give access to all the services. The continental breakfast is generous. It is well located. Parking spots on location are very scarce. However, the staff was able to locate a parking lot close by.

Situation was great but parking at hotel wasn't great. Only a few spaces and was very tight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very outdated. No air conditioning and one of the plug sockets didn't work.

Clean, big room for UK, comfortable, tea and biscuits supplied. Quiet and great location next to train station and town centre. Non slip mat for shower provided. Hot rail for towels. Could use more hanging space in bathroom.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Inverness! 🏰✨ The central location is perfect for exploring the city, and the historic building has so much character—it almost feels like being transported back in time.
