"Overall was excellent value. Very good breakfast and superb leisure facilities. Staff were great as well and room was comfortable. Only slight criticism is the restaurant food which is fairly pricy for the quality."

"Excellent staff went out of their way to help. However not really dog friendly, totally understand that dogs not allowed into restaurant and normally quite happyvto eat in the bar, but only one table really suitable to eat at. If you were not lucky enough enough to get this then you either had to sit at a very small table just big enough for 2 plates that was at knee hight so not very relaxing or you had the large very comfy sofas and a small coffee table again not ideal to eat at. "The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again"

"The staff at this hotel were the friendliest I have encountered. They were chatty and took their time to ensure that we had the best possible experience. The food - both dinner and breakfast- was wonderful and the spa was relaxing and clean ."

"Nice apartment and friendly staff"

"Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were brilliant, especially the reception and breakfast ladies. Full English was exceptional. Evening meal was very good quality and reasonably priced. The spa was quality, and clean.
We shall definitely be returning in the new year *****"
