We had a wonderful couple of days of family fun and relaxation. Olivia was super accommodating at check in, and even checked in on us a couple of times throughout our stay via text message to see if there was anything we needed. What a nice touch. Plenty to do in and around Dennis and just about an hour ride out to Provincetown with many interesting towns along the way. Will definitely plan a return stay.

Wonderful place with great views. Property was located on a private beach with an outdoor and indoor pool and hot tub. Also there was a fire pit which was great to sit by at the end of our day. The staff was wonderful very helpful, particularly Yolanda and Eve who truly made our stay great. Would definerly go back again.

The one bedroom apt had plenty of space for the two of us. We had a view out the side window of the ocean and parking was easy. We appreciated having the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

When we checked in we were given a unit with a broken heater. We didn’t find out until someone called to tell us a maintenance worker was on his way. After he arrived he told us that management was aware and given an estimate for repairs which they chose to ignore. The heater was never fixed during our 3 night stay. We had to alternate between using the gas fireplace and opening windows because regulating the heat was challenging.

Hotel was nice, staff tired their best to help. One night into the stay we had a bad leak in the bathroom right over the toliet and let them know immediately, they said someone would come look at it and no one did. We made do, then one of the “workers” tried coming into our room unannounced and was only stopped because we had the latch, no knock and not even sure if it was a worker. We felt unsafe without the confirmation and if it was a worker why not accounted yourself before barging in? After the leak and the barge in the staff offered to move us rooms but it was a downgrade with no view and no stove top, so it was a lose lose. Other than that the stay was fine, wish more could’ve been done. After we called and were very polite it felt very awkward walking through the lobby and passing the staff as it seemed they were annoyed of us.

Expedia bookers beware. I thought I was booking an ocean view studio. Once there, in the offseason, I was assigned a room in a dark corner with no view. When asked, I was then re-assigned a slightly better unit with no view facing the wall of the indoor pool in the courtyard. I was told that third party bookers were assigned first come first served rooms and none were available with an ocean view. I checked again the following day and the staff member was able to move me to a third room with a beautiful ocean view. Barely any people there. The room was great with a kitchenette and a patio. However, if you book via Expedia, I recommend calling the place to make sure you are getting what you think you are booking. I would not stay again, even though the final room was nice.
