"The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. However, they definitely need to improve on sealing the rooms as there are so many large gaps on every window and door as our kids had so many mosquito bites. They also need to close off the outdoor bathroom as my wife was unable to shower or use the bath tub in private as there was a room directly above the open bathrooms, there were also lots of ants and bugs crawling all over the bath tub so we couldn't enjoy it."

"I called Expedia twice prior to arrival in Bali. We were flying in at 12am and after reading that there's no reception you'd have to make contact. All was ok and we were very excited. Well, after passing customs, getting through the taxi guys we were on our way. Aside from this place being pretty much impossible to find (the taxi driver was remarkable patient, he tried to call the place a few times), they weren't there. No phone answer. Nothing. Well, what a start to our holiday. Had to check...
