Staff were so attentive and helpful with any and all questions or queries we had. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable at all times. They were especially wonderful with our 3 yr old and most of the staff knew his name at the end of the first day! The hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was incredible. Everything was so so great. We cannot recommend andaz enough!!

The staff are excellent - they are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The whole resort is spotless. Right on the beach. The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast. The Spa was amazing and zen like. It was wonderful.

Good energy and service oriented staff. However the air con is set a temperature which for me was way to warm. The facility try to by pass the thermostat however the comfortability is lacking due to this reason during our stay. Spa therapists were experienced.

We loved staying at Andaz and hope to come back again someday. Breakfast was incredible. Kids loved kids club. The grounds and accommodation were stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Maybe best or second best stay ever

Extraordinary village style hotel with amazing staff, rooms, food and not to forget the garden with big old trees and well kept grounds. Two nights stay with constant rain most of the time, but plenty of umbrellas and roofing made everything wonderful.

Can’t fault our stay in any way. The facilities were extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep. Plenty of things to do outside of the hotel, with the centre of Sanur, and the ICON Bali shopping centre a short walk away.

I wasn't expecting the Andaz to be so family friendly, but it really caters to families well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are several pool options to choose from, and the grounds are beautiful (and extensive). The hotel restaurants were very good and reasonably priced. You can walk along the boardwalk (or use the hotel's bikes) - just be mindful that parts can get very crowded at certain times of day, making it difficult to navigate with a bike or stroller. The kids club and playgrounds were very nice and all staff were lovely.
