Rooms are nothing like the photos. The bathrooms are disgusting and unsanitary. The photos shown in the listing or computer generated or heavily edited. The music outside in the hallway from the hotel is insanely loud and annoying. Terrible place. Scam.

Only stayed as it was close to Bali 911 Dentist. Wouldn’t recommend. Next time will stay elsewhere and taxi into Denpasar.

A lovely sized room with lots of space. Unfortunately staff put me on the smoking floor which i only found out part way during my stay when i complained about the nicotine smell coming into my room. I’m a non smoker.

Nous avons eu un très bon service. Le personnel est serviable et gentil. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. La chambre était grande et bien. Points négatifs: Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la première chambre qui était sale, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude et il y avait des fourmis. Le personnel nous a changé de chambre, elle était beaucoup mieux. Le soir et le matin, c’était très bruyant dans les corridors, car les gens parlent très fort et ils ne se souciaient pas des autres. La douche, l’eau n’était jamais vraiment chaude. L’aire climatisé coulait et ça faisait que ça sentait mauvais dans la chambre. De plus, il y a rien aux alentours de l’hotel, très peu de choix de restaurant, mais qui sont par exemple très bon et suffisant pour quelques jours à cet hotel.

Better than the cost
Was good pick for overnight stay, didnt expect a lot from the price but turned out excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and breakfast was reasonable.

Not a bad hotel on a budget. Service is a little slow, had to request the same thing a couple of times. Paper thin walls, not a good pick if you value uninterupted sleep. Corridore music is way too loud but somewhat livable.

Great hotel well placed for my needs
Found the Neo Hotel to be a friendly hotel from check in till check out. Room was always clean , fantastic bed and pillows , great shower and the free wifi fantastic . Definitely will stay there again

Not for tourists. To far from tourist sites.
Great hotel ,poor location. To get to UBUD you must take taxi to galleria mall to get on Kura Kura Bus hub. Expect to spend 2 to 3 hours in bad traffic to get to UBUD. Get hotel in UBUD to save time and money. Do not drive car or scooter for your safety . Saw several accidents . Traffic very chaotic and congested. 75% of tourist sites in UBUD. See the real Bali in UBUD.

If the city-location is suitable for your needs, the Neo offers very good value for cost. Staff, rooms, breakfast - all get good marks. We had a pleasant stay there.

Für eine Nacht ok.
Leider war das Bad nur ungenügend geputzt und ich fand Haare auf der Klobrille. Das Bett war m.E. nicht frisch bezogen und hatte gelbe Flecken sowie Blutflecken. Frühstück wurde nicht nachgefüllt, sodass ich oft nur in leere Schalen geschaut habe.

Modernes Hotel in Flughafennähe
Das Hotel wurde erst vor etwa einem Jahr gebaut und ist dementsprechend sehr modern und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist nahe des Flughafens, zu Strand und anderen Touristenattraktionen muss man eine Weile fahren. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und ordentlich. Der Service ist sehr gut, das Personal war immer hilfsbereit wenn es zum Beispiel darum ging, unser Gepäck für einen Tag zwischenzulagern oder Flugtickets zu buchen. Einzig das Essen, das wir aufs Zimmer bestellt haben, hat uns nicht so gut gefallen (schlecht gewürzt). Das Frühstücksbuffet war dagegen viel besser, wenn auch mit wenig Auswahl. Zu diesem Preis ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht gerade Wert darauf legt, direkt am Strand zu wohnen.

En ce qui concerne l'hôtel, tout était parfait, nous ne pouvons cependant pas nous prononcer quant au petit déjeuner, nous dormions. Le quartier est situé en plein milieu de nul part, nous avions de la misère à nous promener à pied pour aller au restaurant ou au dépanneur ce qui, d'après nous, annule tous les avantages de l'hôtel. Un minimum de proximité est de mise et ce n'était malheureusement pas le cas de l'hôtel.

I'd stay again!
Hotel is definitely new and the price was great (as well as being near the friends I wanted to visit). They cut back on a few things that you may or may not notice - no closet, but they had some other nice additions - real gym. Breakfast was good but (FYI) mainly local food. Overall, I'd stay again!

Clean, modern hotel with very friendly staff.
I only stayed there one night before heading on to Lembongan and it was perfect. Really comfy bed, nice hot shower, good aircon & tasty room service. There was a mix up with my taxi booking the next morning & the reception staff were really helpful with getting it sorted for me even though it was no fault of their own.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt mit nettem Personal.
Ich hatte nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt. Hotel mit dem Taxi bereist aber leider sehr weit weg vom Flughafen ( 30-40 ) Minuten. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, das Badezimmer sauber und groß. Das Frühstück kann man wirklich empfehlen als auch den Italiener der sich etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel befindet.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour deux nuits pour voir le marché de dépansar Un accueil froid inexistant Nous sommes arrivés au petit déjeuner plus rien trois bus étaient passés avant nous On nous a proposé un cappuccino payant pour finalement me dire que la machine était froide Je dois quand même dire que nous étions au petit déjeuner à 8h Imaginer ce qui sont passés après nous Un repas est resté par terre dans le couloir pendant ces deux jours Je ne conseille vraiment pas cette hôtel Il ne faut pas confondre hôtel hôtellerie avec pompe a fric

As a family we ended up in this more business oriented hotel, nevertheless we had a pleasant stay. The kids and parents alike loved the pool. Great choice for the Breakfast buffet and real good food for lunch and dinner !

家庭的雰囲気で居心地が良い
スタッフが皆んな親切で、どんな場面でも相談にのり、対応してくれます。部屋の広さも清潔感も充分です。ただ窓からの景色が見えないのと窓が開かないのが少し気になりますが、全体的に言えばコスパは上位ランクと言えるでしょう。

We only stayed one night we liked everything very much but we would have liked to have a lamp in the middle of the room since it was kind of dark in the room. Also we didnt appreciate that it smelled smoke from cigarettes in our room even though we got a non smoking room.. but since some rooms allowed smoking the smoke went through the ventilation system and smelled in our room...

yep, would definitely do again
I only stayed for one night as a transit. Everyone is absolutely friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok, neatly set up, air con, room service, Tv, etc. Be careful though, you will be charged for every item you use in the hotel room, but it's clearly marked. I had a good stay.

Best location for visiting The Green School
Although this hotel is on the outskirts of Denpasar, it is an ideal location for travelling to Ubud and beyond. The accommodation is of good quality and is clean and well maintained. The staff are both helpful and professional, warm and welcoming. The hotel has a boutique modern vibe and the restaurant has a small but varied menu. Also, special food requests are encouraged by the chef, who is happy to whip up delicious meals to order. This hotel is particularly suitable for visits to The Green School - and can save quite a bit of time in traffic, whilst providing very comfortable and modern accommodation. Excellent Value - Highly recommended.
