Palm Garden have evcellent staff and the Hotel has all the offerings of other bigger hotels in the area. Easy stroll to the beach and very quiet.11/10

This is a small with everything in walking distance, Large clean rooms . Big pool and lovely gardens . The Staff are wonderful and will help with anything needed, its a lovely property

This hotel is in a lovely area, the gardens are pretty and the breakfast was yummy. In the room, the bed was very comfortable but, the bathroom was so old and tired, as were the towels. The room could do with an overhaul.

Clean nice looking property. Staff pleasant but had no need for any help questions etc so only brief encounters. Had to run water for ages before it got hot hate wasting water. Pool temp just right attractive setting lacking shade Was quiet time we were there

Value for money. Close to the Beach and Main Street. Really nice and helpful staff. Cleaning could be better - they never removed empty bottles etc. from the table outside our room. Good breakfast considering it’s included.

Booked three weeks, checked out after 2 days and requested refund. Hotel and Expedia still advertise having a restaurant but it no longer exists. The hotel owner sold restaurant. Rooms are dirty and very dated. Staff are nice. They keep asking Chinese owner to do upgrades but he refuses. Hotel was decent enough to give refund for remaining weeks because staff know the hotel needs work.

A cute little older style family run hotel which is kept clean and neat. Decent bed and bathroom with outdoor sitting areas. Great location for access to the boardwalk, beach and many restaurants, cafes and shops.

We had a really lovely stay and the quaint Palm Garden Hotel. It’s better in real life rhyan the photos portray. Slightly quirky and a little old fashioned in places, but the staff were lovely and the gardens and pool area really well kept. It’s right the the middle of the best bits of Sanur and a short walk to the shops and beach front.

Good budget hotel

Great hotel for price, location amenities and staff. Room cleaned every day and nice pool to have a dip in. It's a really good value accommodation in the heart of Sanur.
