Ada di jalan utama, tapi tersembunyi dan bersih.
Lokasi hotel ini di jalan utama Sanur-Nusa Dua. Tapi, posisinya agak masuk. Ini justru menjadi kelebihannya. Kebisingan karena deru kendaraan menjadi tak begitu terdengar sehingga kita bisa beristirahat dengan tenang. Ukuran kamar cukup luas. Desainnya juga menarik. Ketika ada di dalam kamar, kita seperti ada di hotel bintang empat. Satu saran adalah neon box nama hotel yang ada di depan perlu dibuat lebih besar dan menarik sehingga mudah dilihat dan lebih menarik perhatian.

We booked the 2 bedroom family unit at Puri Maharani for 3 nights. We arrived in the evening with two sleeping children. The condition of this room made it the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything we touched was broken or falling apart, the sink, shelf, toilet, the bed frame was falling over and propped against the wall which was crumbling and had an inch thick of dirt and dust and bugs. My son was afraid to sleep in the bed as it seemed ready to fall over. In the morning I couldn’t take a shower because the shower was so dirty I didn’t dare step into it. I thought, ok I’ll just wash the bugs out of the tub and take a bath. The drain didn’t work, so no bath either. The towels and sheets were at least 10 years old with many stains, there was no toilet paper at all, the front door didn’t lock properly and several large cracks were allowing bugs into the room. We left immediately in the morning and the employees refused to give us a refund. They smiled broadly as we left, I’m sure they were surprised we actually stayed for 1 whole night. I do believe that this is their business model, put zero effort into upkeep and just watch people leave and pocket the money.

Hôtel à 30 minutes de l’aéroport en taxi
Nous sommes arrivés le soir. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale( 2 lits 2 places avec espace parental isolé). Premier accroc, la chambre ne fermait pas à clés, la serrure était défoncée. Deuxième gros problème: les draps d’un des lits étaient tachés de sang, les autres de taches jaunâtres et les oreillers moisis. On nous a changé de chambre, les draps semblaient avoir été changés, les oreillers étaient tout aussi moisis . Le menage était sommaire. Nous y avons passé la nuit et sommes partis dès le lendemain en écourtant notre séjour. C’est dommage car le personnel est adorable, la nourriture du resto très bonne et les extérieurs très bien entretenus. Je suis consciente que Bali est humide ( concernant les oreilles moisis) mais cela n’explique pas les draps non changés . Les hôtels dans lesquels nous séjournons depuis n’ont pas ce problème de moisissures.

Fint hotel til god pris
Hyggeligt lille hotel med venligt personale. Det er svært at komme frem til fods i området, men der er en shuttle bus frem og tilbage til stranden hver dag. Restauranten er også god.

Lugnt och väldigt trevligt hotell, will be back!
Otroligt fint och mysigt hotell med fin pool och rum. God mat, men undvik att ta rare/medium på kött. Deras egna juicer och millshakes är såå goda! Lämnade in kläder för tvätt och de har aldrig varit så rena eller luktar så gott, massagen var också helt underbar! Kommer definitivt komma tillbaka!

leuk hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel
Een leuk betaalbaar hotel met zeer behulpzaam personeel. De ligging is misschien niet ideaal omdat het niet vlakbij het strand is en ook niet bij het centrum maar er is een goede shuttle dienst naar het strand en de taxi's in Bali zijn belachelijk goedkoop, dus dit is niet echt een probleem. Het restaurant is goed maar zou wel af en toe een beetje variatie in het menu kunnen brengen. Het enige minpunt is de hygiene van de kamers. Er wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt maar dit kan (moet) echt beter. De gordijnen zijn ronduit smerig, de stopcontacten zijn vies, stof en vuil op de oppervlaktes die niet meteen zichtbaar zijn (lampen, nachtkastjes enz.) en schoonmaakmiddelen worden volgens mij zeer sporadisch gebruikt. Ik moet er wel bijzeggen dat een beetje heel Bali dit probleem heeft, dus is het meer een cultureel iets misschien.

Lovely hotel
Staffs were all kind and friendly. The hotel is away from the beach, but they had free shuttle bus to Sanur beach, so we could go to downtown as we wished. The restaurant was very good and reasonable price. Room was cleaned up and towel was changed every day and mineral water was delivered every day.

Very old, poor bathrooms
Does not deserve 4-star rating in my book. The "balinese style" is a translation for very old construction, especially in the bathroom. Bathroom / bathtub is very old, with mold on shower curtain. Does not have a real shower (waist level). we were so dissappointed that we asked to switch rooms, but other rooms were no better! Also, towels were very old-looking with visible stains. the room itself (not the bathroom) was good. WiFi and A/C were great. pool area and breakfast were also great. Staff were really nice and helpful, but nothing can compensate for the bathroom.

Nice Place but Hotel needs repairs.
The hotel was beautiful but needed some repairs, my sink leaked, the shower walls and ceiling did not look clean, I had to call to get toilet paper and clean towels. We had mosquitoes, ants and small lizards in the room. On my third day in the hotel my daughter and I slipped on the wet slippery steps and got injured. The next morning a sign was put up.

Hotel in der Nebensaison nicht zu empfehlen
Nettes Personal, allerdings katastrophale Lage an einer großen Straße. In der Hotelanlage ist es ruhig, zu Fuß kann man aber in der Umgebung nichts erreichen. Kostenfreies Busshuttle nach Sanur Beach hat gut geklappt. Leckeres Essen im Restaurant. Unser Problem war das wir in der Nebensaison dort waren und mit uns insgesamt nur 3 Leute dort wohnten. Seltsames Gefühl immer allein zu sein. Dazu kam das unser Bad extrem nach Urin gestunken hat, denke das liegt auch mit der Nebensaison zusammen, da die Leitungen nicht gefordert sind. In der Hochsaison für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei diesen Preisen zu empfehlen.

Sfeervol hotel, rustig gelegen
Dit kleine hotel gelegen in een mooie wijk van Denpasar voor de 2 e keer geboekt. Prettige en rustgevende tuin met mooie elementen. Goed verzorgd. Persoonlijke aandacht. Goed restaurant met mooi vers gemaakte voedsel. Personeel is heel behulpzaam en accuraat. De shuttle bus brengt je meerdere keren per dag naar het strand in Sanur. Altijd op tijd en volgens afspraak

We really liked the free shuttle service to the beach/town. We also enjoyed the good food that would be delivered to the room (upon request) without extra charge. Occasionally we had mosquitoes in the room.

Only stayed overnight but the hotel was well placed. Able to walk and locate some great food. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was great and breakfast was well catered.

Assez éloigné de Sanur
Je ne recommanderai pas cette hôtel si vous voulez être proche de Sanur : il faut prendre un taxi qui vous coutera entre 40000 et 50000 RP. Concernant les chambres, nous avons été déçu par la chambre bas de gamme : porte qui se ferme avec un cadenas mais qui laisse quand même entrer les moustiques. La propreté n'était pas excellente, notamment au niveau des serviettes. Et puis la navette mise à dispo par l'hôtel n'est pas revenu nous chercher... Mais après un mail à la réception depuis la plage, un taxi nous a été envoyé et réglé par l'hôtel.

Chambre confortable avec piscine privatisée
Chambre avec piscine ("Villa"), plutôt confortable, personnel agréable. Douche et baignoire dans la salle de bain. J'ai payé un aller-retour à l'aéroport alors que c'est annoncé en tant que service inclus (?). Petit-déjeuner indonésien (nasi goreng ou mie goreng seulement !). Donc insuffisant pour les européens ... Pas normal vu le tarif de la chambre. J'ai été obligé d'acheter moi-même des céréales ... ps: Ne pas hésiter à relancer le personnel pour le nettoyage de la chambre.

Ideal pour une escale d'une nuit
Hotel parfaitement situé pour se rendre à l'embarcadère de Sanur. L'hôtel est calme, au milieu d'un jardin. La piscine est impeccable et le restaurant propose une large gamme de plats locaux. Un pur régal. Seul bémol, on ne peut pas se rendre dans le centre ou sur la plage à pieds, mais des navettes sont mises à disposition par l'hôtel.

Hübsches Hotel fürs Anfang und Ende des Rundreises
Wir haben das Hotel wieder für die letzte Nacht unseres Aufenthaltes gebucht und nochmal mit dem Shuttle Bus ein Ausflug nach Sanur zu machen. Für 200,000 Rp extra konnten wir den Check-Out um 20:30 machen, bis unser Taxi uns zum Flughafen (20 Minuten) gebracht hat.

Könnte ein gutes hotel sein aber....
Hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade auf die "Royal King Suite" bekommen, ein König würde sich umdrehen und schreiend davon laufen. An den Wänden war Schimmel, das Zimmer war runtergekommen. Die Position auf der Karte stimmt nicht, ist ca 6-8 km vom angezeigten Standort entfernt.

Nice Cheap little stay...
Very quiet hotel and good for relaxing.. Not much crowd. We had a scooter hired through the hotel so it was nice and easy to get to Sanur and locally.. Took the scooter to Bali safari.. 20 min drive and much cheaper than getting a driver or taxi. Staff is really nice and helpful.the only thing I didn't like much in the pool access room was the bathroom..room was comfortable and overall really nice stay.. Wouldn't recommend for long periods.. Few days was perfect, we stayed 3 nights and then moved to Legian. Expect lizards to come to your room for a visit :-) hotel spa little bit pricey and in a outdoor room so it's very hot.. Recommend massage in Sanur as its much cheaper if you on a budget. Breakfast is a set menu and little portions but you can always ask for more.. Overall it was nice, cheap relaxing 3 day stay.

Dear, Anita Thank you for your nice comment for us, if you on budget is better to rent a scooter as your transport, very easy to go anywhere , Ubud 30 minutes drive, for Sanur area we provided free shuttle four times daily . Hotellet lå inde i byen men havde flere afgange med gratis shuttle bus til stranden eller city flere gange om dagen.

Wonderful hotel
Lovely place to stay, good facilities. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed! Hotel was a little far out from the main city but the free shuttle to sanur city/beach was great and for later in the evenings a taxi was only 30k rupiah (4AUD) to get there.

便利な立地
スタッフがいい感じでした。サヌールに近くビーチまで無料シャトルバスがあるので一般的に高いサヌールよりは安くて良いと思います。浴室の清掃が行き届いて無く排水口に髪毛が溜まり排水の流れが悪かった。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーな感じでリピーターも多いのかもしれません。便利なところではあると思います。

Not like the photos
The photos on website look like they were taken over 10 years ago. Staff lovely... We had no wifi for 1/2 the day, rooms musty and air conditioning not good and shower curtain was full of mould!! Restaurant food was old and tasteless. Hotel is set off busy Rd in the middle of Denpasar with not much around... Hotel next door was much nicer so we ate there for dinner. Wish we booked next door for only $4 more per night. Be aware don't get sucked in by pretty pictures do your homework!!

Kostenloser Shuttle zum Einkaufszentrum Harrys , zum Strand und zum Schwesterhotel Besakin. Dort kann man die liegen und den Strand kostenlos mitbenutzten! Die Hôtelmanagerin Sisi spricht deutsch und ist einfach super ! Egal was ist Sie kann immer helfen :)!
