Awalnya agak bingung menentukan pilhan hotel di daerah Sanur, karna selama ke Bali saya belum pernah berkunjung ke daerah Sanur. Akhirnya saya mencoba untuk browsing hotel di Sanur & ternyata ada beberapa pillihan. Berdasarkan peringkat & ulasan-ulasan dari beberapa website, akhirnya saya mencoba untuk menginap di hotel ini selama semalam. Lokasinya agak jauh dari keramaian. Konsep hotel sedikit bergaya tradisional Bali, dengan jendela bergaya Bali & adanya patung-patung yang terdapat di depan balkon setiap kamar, agak membuat suasana menjadi spooky ketika pertama kali saya membuka pintu hotel & melihat seluruh isi ruangan. Kamar tidur sangat luas & kamar mandi pun luas & bagus, ditambah adanya bath tub & shower. Hanya saja, menurut saya banyak noda-noda dikamar mandi yang agak menggangu pemandangan. Jarak dari hotel ke Pantai Sanur lumayan jauh & harus ditempuh dengan menggunakan kendaraan. Overall, buat yang suka dengan keheningan, hotel ini bisa dijadikan pilihan.

Forfærdeligt!!!
Ingen wifi og ingen morgenmad, som der stod. Poolen var i stykker, værelset var ikke klar, selvom vi kom sent om aftenen, værelset var beskidt, der kravlede dyr, og der var hverken dyne eller håndklæder. Vi skulle have boet der i 3 dage, men skiftede hotel allerede efter 1. Nat.

not very pleasant...bad smell the air because I have been told there is landfill approximately 200meter. Room dirty and toilet too... I cancelled the stay (already paid online) and go to another better hotel. Very disappointing.

Ikke besøget værd
Vi ankommer og alt er lidt snusket. Personalet er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme, men stedet levede ikke op til de billeder der var af det. Vi kommer ind på værelset og det hele er beskidt og vi finder væggelus. Da vi vil forlade stedet sent aften for at finde et rent sted og sove er siger personalet kun “okay” og kigger væk igen. Ikke en god oplevelse og ikke noget vi kan anbefale.

Don’t go there - dirty and bad service
The pool was under maintenance - which it seems to have been for a while! Also the place to eat was very dirty and under maintenance they said after they had send us their and we came back since we were confused. The room was VERY dirty with spiders and web everywhere. There was no toilet paper until we asked for it and no trashbin to be found. They claim to have 24h open reception, we notified them of our checkout time the day before but when we entered the reception no one was there and we waited 15minuttes before we had to drop the key and leave to catch our fairy. The breakfast was not what they told us and we went out town for something instead. Just don’t go there!

Definitely get what you pay for.

Decent Hotel in Denpassar
Easy to get to from the Airport. The taxi fare should be 150,000 but they always ask for 2000,000 Room ok, the bathroom/toilet as usual pretty grim but at least functional .

les chambres sont propres ainsi que la piscine. le personnel est très agréable et nous a renseignés sur beaucoup de choses à faire autour de denpassar. le seul petit bémol l'hôtel est un peu excentré il fait donc prévoir le taxi.

You get what you pay for!
We hired a car and just used the hotel as a base so we weren't concerned by the lack of facilities. The hotel is not far (by car) to Sanur Beach and all the facilities available to tourists there. The hotel is pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful and there is not too much traffic noise. Our room was basically adequate but in need of maintenance.

We booked this hotel not expecting too much especially for the price we paid but when we arrived we were shocked. It can be cheap and clean but this was filthy. The bathroom had a leaking toilet, stains all over the sink and the shower curtain that should of been white was brown. The shower had mould and was just generally very dirty. The bedroom generally wasn't horrific but there was mould all over the corner of the room and the mattresses were covered in stains. Like I said we didn't expect much but when you're travelling you expect a clean room. We didn't acually stay here as planned we arrived and left within an hour, after telling the staff we really weren't happy with the condition of the room they only offered another room, with no apology or questions about why we weren't happy. I really wouldn't recommend staying here, we moved about 10 mins down the road and ended up having a lovely experience.

Affordable, pleasant and professional staff
The Puri Yuma hotel was exactly what I expected, no surprises. I was only there for one night and had a late check in and an early start the next day but the room was immaculate for the amount of money paid for it. Nice hot shower and a aircon blasting away. I've rated this hotel 5/5 because I can't think of anything that would have made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you to all of the staff for having me. I loved it :-)

Ok för en natt om man inte har höga krav
Vi övernattade en natt före vår resa gick vidare till Gili. Hotellet ligger i vad som jösses som förortsområde. Rummet var rent till ytan, eftersom hotellet är gammalt så kändes rummet smutsigt pga slitage, fläckiga och urtvättade sängkläder och handdukar. Det var en död gekkoödla på vårt rum, som städarna måste ha missat väldigt länge, den var aldeles torkad. Fick myror i morgonkaffet. Det var ok att bo här en natt, men skulle inte rekommendera det som ett semesterhotell.

Personalen på puri yuma var hjälpsamma & trevliga. Läget för hotellet är inte optimalt, finns inte så mkt i närheten. Hotellet är ganska slitet & inte i så gott skick. Vårt rum var en av väggarna täckt med mögel.. Utöver det så var det väldigt rent. Man får vad man betalar för helt enkelt.

A cheap and relatively clean hotel, that's conveniently placed close to the ferry terminal for the Gili Islands. It's also really quiet.

This hotel is a has been !
The hotel from the photos on the internet is truly lovely, and it has been a lovely hotel and judging from the room we stayed in, it could be again, with some basic maintenance. 1. the toilet seat was almost unattached.2 the toilet cistern was slow to refill .3 handbasin water ran at a trickle . The shower ran at about 1/2 speed.3 the wall paper on the walls is coming away at the floor level and curling back at the join for up to a meter. The room on entry had a moldy smell. There are a few tiny roadside shops and tiny restaurants up to 600 meters along the roadway each side of the hotel entry but you take your life in your hands walking to them, as due to lack of any footpaths, you need to walk along the edge of the road to get to them. Taxi was required due to distance from the beach and shopping center. The pool did not look like the daily maintenance and Chlorination was being kept up, and although we did swim in it we were careful not to put our heads under water It is well over priced for the condition it is in and for its distance from everything , in my opinion.

Hotel unsauber und weit ab vom Schuss, Ungeziefer
Wir waren gerade mal 1,5 h dort und haben uns dann ein anders Hotel gesucht. Zimmer hat gemüffelt, Bettlacken waren fleckig auch nach getauschten Lacken, Matratzen waren wahrscheinlich dreckig. Ungeziefer im Zimmer. (wir waren zuvor in 4 anderen Hotels auf Bali, gleiche Preisklasse und günstiger, diese waren alles Sauber ohne Ungeziefer) Das Zimmer hätte nach Hotel Flyer 50 US$ Kosten sollen was viel zu viel ist. Wir waren mehr als enttäuscht. Hat uns diesen Tag versaut.

It was a two night stop in sanur. The hotel is not where it states on the Hotels.com website... To get anywhere you had to get a taxi. The rooms are a good size and clean'ish. One of the two rooms had a bad smell of tabaco... We asked for airfreshener but nothing happened.

Don't go!!!!
Too far from the center of Sanur. The room was dirty without any comfort, the restaurant didn't exist or better they didn't have 3/4 of the dishes and for one side of chips and one fruit salad it took almost one hour (we were the only guests in the restaurant). We gave a white t-shirt to the laundry and they use bleach to take off the stain so we had to throw it away. Just run away from it!!!!!

la mappa segnala una via con lo stesso nome vicino alla spiaggia di sanur ma hotel si trova a Sidakarya suwung kangin. il tragitto per arrivare alla spiaggia di sanur in auto é circa 20 minuti; per arrivare a kuta 30 minuti ma ci sono giorni con molto traffico e abbiamo impiegato 90 minuti. le stanze vip sono carine ma abbiamo dovuto chiedere dopo 10 giorni che cambiassero le lenzuola. la piscina era verde. la colazione non é a buffet ma ti fanno scegliere tra indonesiano o continentale: se scegli continentale ti portano 2 fette di pane tostato un pó di burro un pó di marmellata 1 uovo caffé o the o succo (tutto il resto si paga extra esempio frutta o bis di pane).

Stay away! You have been warned!
I was extremely disappointed in our stay at Puri Yuma. I am not one to get grossed out by too many things, but our room was disgusting. I am so glad we only stayed one night here. The sheets and towels were stained, the AC was loud and didn't work, the bathroom was very dirty and grimy, and the breakfast was small and mediocre, at best. Not worth the couple dollars savings you would get here.

Very far from center. Only locals in the hotel when we were there. Our room was really dirty (standard double room). One of the beds just broke in half by sitting on it by one of our kids! Don't recommend it!! Dirty!

Con mezzi propri potrebbe essere una soluzione.
La struttura e' distante dalla spiaggia... E sopratutto non è localizzata correttamente nella mappa di expedia. Il personale e gentile e sempre disponibile. La struttura e un po' vecchia e la colazione e decente.

little Paradise apart from mass tourism
I had a wonderful time in Puri Yuma in June 2014. Sure the hotel is located in a remote area but I made good use of the free transfers to two different beaches twice a day and that served me very well. The staff was always friendly and helpful and I got even an upgrade to a higher room category close to the pool. This hotel is extremely recommended for peeps who are not looking for being one step next to a shopping mall or the crowded beaches. Enjoying a tranquil stay, I was more active in roaming around seeing the place than if I had stayed in the center of a tourist hotspot. If you are an active traveler looking for a place to relax peacefully when your back from your trips, Puri Yuma is a perfect choice.

Quality of service was pretty good although they didnt offer us free shuttle to Kuta when we checked out. Also the sheets were stained when we first got in our room. Pool was really nice and staff nice. Hotel is quite far from anything but if you want a peaceful and quiet place to stay, i would recommend it.

Angenehmes Hotel in absolut schlechter Lage
Die Lage ist absolut ungenügend, ohne Auto kann man absolut nichts erreichen. Das Hotel selbst ist, sofern man im Hotel bleiben will bzw. ein Mietauto hat, ganz angenehm. Der Pool ist super, das Restaurant ist auch lecker. Die Angestellten sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das BAdezimmer ist allerdings voller Schimmel und auch sonst glaube ich nicht wirklich geputzt...

Hotel trop excentré des plages, des restaurants! Rien à faire aux alentours! Personnel qui comprend très mal l'anglais, ne sait pas vous conseiller, répond toujours oui à vos questions mais ne font rien! Oubliez WIFI quand vous serez sur place! Pas de coffres forts dans les chambres! Cafards et souris seront vos invités dans vos chambres, les draps et serviettes tachés!!!! Ils annoncent un petit déjeuner buffet mais en fait c'est un café, un jus d orange, 2 tartines et un œuf au plat! Super le buffet!!!!

Nice garden in middle of nowhere
Hotel slightly falling apart. Service slow but smiling. Breakfast - same every day. Nice garden with pool in the middle. Situated far frow Sanur ( it is not Sanur). Few kms from beach! Cheap so you can hire the driver for difference though.

Great little hotel
Came here for a few days recently, the hotel was lovely. Very nice rooms, an absolute bargain for what we paid. Breakfast was good, and the staff very helpful. As long as you are prepared to be a short taxi ride away from Sanur itself, this place is perfect (a taxi to Sanur was about £2.50) but there was shuttle provided by the hotel.

Quand nous sommes arrivés, le personnel n'a pas été en mesure de trouver notre réservation. Chambre assez rustique mais bien équipée, cependant les toilettes commencent à dater. Les bouteilles d'eau ne sont pas gratuites contrairement a ce qui est écrit. Emplacement loin de tout espaces touristiques, un taxi est obligatoire. Petit déjeuner très léger. Personnel disponible cependant. Piscine hors d'accès
