My husband and myself stayed here for four nights as the start to our 10th anniversary celebration,but it wasn't a good experience.
We had booked a two bedroom villa on Expedia with private pool .
From the time we arrived we were appalled by the state of the approach and entrance to the hotel .The entire resort lacks upkeep and maintenance.Stained garden umbrellas,dirty torn tray cloth on which our welcome drink was served,Airconditioning which didnt work well at night,bath tubs which we couldn't use as the plumbing hadn't been checked ,dirty pools in the common area and our private one, and foul smelling water when using the shower for bathing.The traditional Balinese style room was beautiful but the photographs on the net do not accurately depict the rundown state of the resort.
We wanted to check out after the first night and Kadek the manager helped us to search for alternate accommodation, but being peak season in Sanur we were unable to get anything suitable.So we ended up staying here all the nights.Kadek was very helpful but our stay here was a big disappointment.
