"This place is amazing for families with kids or if you enjoy indoor Waterparks. When we arrived it did take a little while to get checked in. Once in the front Rosy was very friendly and offered a pass for all of us that was very convenient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Our room was amazing and very clean."

"Overall I was happy with our stay. Our room was good, the staff was great, and the hotel was very pretty. I didn’t like having to pay for parking and the parking lot did not feel very safe. "

"What Breakfest? What Bar? We tried getting to the hotel for 2 hours and could not. We called Expedia for a refund and they could not. Hyatt said it was our fault for not calling them. There was no signage to do that. You can't walk to the hotel. There were no shuttles we saw. Hyatt can go to straight to hell. I will never book another reservation with them anywhere. We lost $276. Never again. DFW and Hyatt totally suck. Hope you enjoyed it becuase you'll never see another dime from me."

"I only stayed to run the Irving marathon. I ordered steak frites with Parmesan truffle fries and was a little disappointed that it was overcooked, the steak wasn’t sliced, and the fries were regular fries with Parmesan dumped on them. Tasted ok but way over priced. Otherwise it was a good stay."
