"Upon entering my room, the toilet was clogged and there was feces in the bowl. There also was cereal on the floor so not sure if the room was vacuumed. During my stay, the TV went out and when I called the lobby, he didn't seem to care much. There is a convenience fee for the parking, which is mandatory, ..."
