"Room dated, found hair in between bed sheets and a tooth on bathroom counter. Management moved us to a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. At checkout, rep did not ask about stay. Will not be back."

"I have not stayed at the Brown Palace for probably 15 years. It could be fantastic but there is a LOT of deferred maintenance on the property itself. FURTHER, AND THE BIGGER ISSUE IS THEY CHARGE FOR INTERNET AND HAVE A IDIOTIC "RESORT FEE". It is a hotel, not a resort. Unless you like cigars or will ..."

Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station, CO
"Room was clean. Valet parking was nice, but expensive. Staff were friendly. We didn't try the restaurant. There is no continental breakfast. Great location to get to a Rockies game or to 16th street to go shopping or check out the local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again."
