"Hyatt was kind enough to upgrade my parents room. My dad is in wheelchair and so they were able to give him bigger room. The service is always excellent. Their breakfast buffet is good. They have variety of food and some vegetarian options as well. They have both western breakfast and Indonesian breakfast. The hotel has beautiful view and it’s a bit away from the main city. So you feel like you’re far away from the business of the city. "

We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally. "After an easy check in we got to our spacious room. The beds are quite firm and not so comfortable but it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options- cereal, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, chicken… The pool was also really nice (and huge!) and on weekends they have kid activities. My daughter loved the activities and the staff made them very fun. "
