"This property was clean and adequate. The host was very responsive when I called with questions. The area is very nice and close to a lovely walking trail and many restaurants. Unfortunately I did not read the property description well as I was not anticipating having to carry my luggage up an entire flight of stairs to get to a second floor apartment. "This unit is in average condition. Manager was very responsive to minor maintenance needs. It has a few more steps than we would have liked. Decent (but not great) for the money."

"This is a good option to stay in Anchorage, especially if you have a car. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great views, coastal trail is across the street. There are several dining option a short walk away as well."

"large relatively clean 2 bedroom apartment in a good area near downtown. Place was in need of repair - ceiling in one bedroom was actually duct taped up and window didn't completely close. Paint was peeling from multiple wall surfaces. Bed in master room was saggy. Lighting throughout was very dim. Had heavy snow fall and we had to shovel stairs to unit and path to street.
