"Right across from the Guggenheim, along the river, 10 min walk to old town and central commercial area. Many shops, cafes, restaurantes in the area. There was construction in the building that was a little noisy one morning and 2 days where our water was cut off. They did warn us the night before ..."

The city of Bilbao is beautiful and well worth a visit as is San Sebastian but the motorway toll of 11 euros was extortionate for a 50 mile journey.
