"This is favorite place to stay in Newport. We have been staying at Newport inn for the last 6 years at least twice a year. Staff is awesome and helpfull. They have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and bikes. The walk to the beach takes roughly 3 min. There is also a playground in the back if you have children. Parking is included in the price, which is unheard of with every other location charging around 20 dollars a day, i believe. If you are visiting Newport to...

"I was recently at the Marriott Newport coastvillas. I was immediately impressed with the view. The sun was setting, and it was gorgeous. Standing in the lobby overlooking the three beautiful pools with the ocean in the background was quite a sight to behold, and then we went to our room, which was a two bedroom villa with Ocean view.
