"Convenient hotel as a home base to the Newport/Crystal Cove area. Perhaps most importantly, a very clean hotel. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. They offered us complimentary cookies and water bottles upon check in. There is always fresh coffee in the lobby.

"Everything was great until 4:45am when the fire alarm went off in my room only. After a few minutes of calling the front desk and no one answered, it turned off. 10 min later it came blaring back on, called again and they sent a engineer up and he unplugged it and took it away, no replacement. I’m wide awake now. At check out they adjusted my parking for inconvenience LOL"
