"This hotel was beautifully decorated and restored, rooms were fantastic BUT small for two people-VERY TiGHT! Staff were okay polite and respectful, but all seemed to be students or backpackers. The night the fire alarm sounded at 2:15am no one seemed to know why . Getting staff to understand questions in English had to be repeated at least twice. Otherwise the hotel is fabulous if you like to repeat yourself and like small rooms. "

"This was our first stop on our 3 week Australian trip, and it did not disappoint!! The staff were so warm and welcoming, the hotel is modern clean and smells lovely!! And the food was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had, so much choice and everything cooked to perfection. Staff are so attentive but not to the point where they’re hovering, pitched perfectly! "

"The room was clean and spacious. Having the washer/dryer in the room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful on entry and exit (and allowed me to have early check in). The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Darling Harbor sights. One warning is almost everything is uphill from there, but that's just the way the city lays out. Even as an out of shape person I just added an extra 5 minutes to my walking time, and it was good. I would definitely stay again."

"The first day breakfast after arrive at night the male servant is very rude. Try to stop me adding my breakfast even though still have 15 minutes before cut off time. He is not qualified working in service business. That is why the second day and third day we don’t want to spend another dime for breakfast. "
