"Rooms are a bit small even for the upgraded room but the balcony over looking Darling Harbour was huge. Amenities were excellent and the rooms are all sound proof so no excessive noise from elsewhere. Received an email after booking telling me the Parking off site was $60. Overall enjoyed the stay."

"Excellent hotel and staff, in a great location. I’ve stayed at The Grace several times over the years and wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Sydney. My only comments are that the mattress was too soft and hard on my back. I don’t usually get back issues. Would also be nice to have a couch, as there’s plenty of room, and a second dining chair. "

"Every staff is polite and friendly, from housekeeping to front desk and porters. Very nice building and decent gym. It would be great if a swimming pool exists or an affiliation with a local pool. This hotel is more for business travellers which was ideal for me on this trip while I was working off my iPad. "

"We stayed for 6 nights at 2 bed and 1 bath apartment. Friendly people at reception. Very good location, many restaurants, cafe and bakeries nearby. Walking distance to shopping district, Sea Life, King Street wharf,etc. There were fitness center and pool, free to use for Skye suites guests. All good except the vallet parking fee is on the high side. "

"Ein fünf Sterne Hotel ist es definitiv nicht. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank sondern nur eine Stange zum Aufhängen der Kleidung, die Ablage für den Koffer ist zu klein für einen Handgepäck Koffer. Das kleine Zimmer hätte ein gut ausgestattetes Bad. Ich kam am Abend an, die Rezeption war besetzt, konnte mir nicht wirklich helfen, außer Schlüsselkartenübergabe, Internetpasswort,.... mußte ich am nächsten Morgen erfragen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, Sauberkeit der Zimmer ebenfalls. "

"We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was very spacious and had great views of darling harbour and then all the way out to the ocean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure check-in was smooth and our stay was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We had to insist to get a rolling bed, definitely not nice to experience to discover a room not fitting us two and our child when we were supposed to get two double bed (it is simple bed with a single pillow)"
