"There is a metro stop in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the convenience of using both the metro and uber from our hotel. This hotel had the best Gym and Pool facilities we experienced on our trip. The breakfast was also delicious with nice local touches of Shanghai and Western style breakfast. Would highly recommend. "

"The room layout is perfect. Enjoyed all the detail. Leather covered at coffee counter, and sliding shoes rack at the wardrobe bottom are very thoughtful.
The only thing that can be improved is the shower area which is mixed with bathtub area, make it all wet during showering, especially when the rain shower is used.

"Dieses Hotel macht einen luxuriösen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, sauber, und der Ausblick auf die Stadt ist toll (jedenfalls wenn man in einem höheren Stockwerk untergebracht ist). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und gut. Es gibt in einem zweiten, direkt angrenzenden Sheraton-Hotel auch ein Restaurant, in dem man (gegen überschaubare Zusatzkosten) Abendessen kann. Zweimal pro Woche gibt es dort auch ein Buffet.

"Overall a very satisfying stay. Very convenient location to everything and a subway station close by. Breakfast was good with variety of options. Front office staff was very helpful and even packed a breakfast on the day we were leaving as we had a very early train journey. Room was cleaned very well and cleaner did an excellent job. Only negative was the room view as we were not on a high enough floor to get a good view. We could only see the street and building next to us."
