"Clean and beautiful property with a great location and excellent service"

"Check in process was super fast and simple. The front desk woman was super nice and helpful. I'm handicap and she noticed that when we pulled up to check in. Then she came out and told us where the room was and to park in the other handicap space that was closer to our room. I greatly appreciated that! Property is very well kept. You can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk into the room. The Privateer pizza restaurant a couple blocks away has amazing pizza. Beach Break Cafe is 1 block...

"front desk and cleaning staff was always polite. rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable!"

"These rooms were very sufficient for the location and price. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. The room only had 1 nightstand. Adding a 2nd nightstand would definitely benefit since there isn't sufficient desk/shelf space. Im not sure if I saw an elevator but that would be helpful. I did appreciate the cleanliness and the morning coffee in the breakfast area."

"It was not a fancy stay but sometimes all you need is a clean and well priced hotel. The location was great and the staff was nice."

"The bed was really stiff and the pillows were not comfortable but the price and availability made up for it"

"I absolutely loved the open, coastal atmosphere of this place! The room was also very spacious and relaxing. However, it was disappointing that there were ants in the room. A large number of them swarmed the snacks we left on the table, and we had to spend the middle of the night getting rid of them. I have a fear of clusters (trypophobia), so it was quite distressing and I couldn't sleep for a while."

"The room was fine House keeping never came to clean room. Person at front desk said u had to ask for housekeeping. This was first place that I had stayed at that u had to ask for it. Then I had to take my own towel to front desk to get news ones. I had to follow her to housekeeping room to get clean towels. Not a good experience."

"Excellent location across the street from the beach with partial ocean view from the front deck. The property felt clean and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which made meals easy. Staff was super communicative and easy to reach for any questions. The backyard was beautiful and well mantained, felt like a tropical hideaway."

"The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. It would have been nice to have more than one luggage stand for our luggage to keep things off the floor. The stay overall was very good."
