"I stayed 3 nights in June. Not once did I receive maid service although it was requested. No clean sheets, towels, wash cloths, or trash emptied. The wallpaper was peeling off of the walls. The pool and hot tub were closed. Had to go to the front desk to get coffee, evidently two cups is enough for 3 days. For the money spent I expected a little more. "First hotel I’ve been in where u have to request housekeeping. Receptionist never told us we needed to request housekeeping when we was checking in. So for the 5 days my self and my family was there, our room never got cleaned."

"Staff was lovely, we got the best room with the best balcony overlooking the pool area... it was the most private. Loved that!
