"Staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable for the one night I spent there."

"Parking on site for a fee but bonus you don’t need to walk far. Breakfast was a bit slow but plenty of choice when it was replenished. Staff very friendly and rooms very clean."

"Fantastic"

"great"

"This is a lovely rustic inn and pub in a historical location. Located on the outskirts of Nottingham and an easy on off of the highway prior to our flight home. We stayed 2 nights after exploring northern England. The beds are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious and the drinks are cold. Lots of local conversation with friendly people"

"Everything was fine and as expected When we arrived the receptionists said breakfast was included - I queried as was certain we had booked without. BUT I was told breakfast was included. Lo and behold when we went down for breakfast, we were not booked in… this was annoying given the assurances we were given at check in!"

"Room service from the main restaurant available. Room was pretty quiet overnight, bed was firm which was our preference"

"Big spacious rooms with enough room for a family of 4 in a room with 3 beds. Very clean and tidy and updated hotel. Bar on site was excellent, food was great...can get busy so book a table if you can."

"All the staff were excellent and very helpful."

"Great place to stay, quiet and clean, nice breakfast, very helpful and pleasant host."
