"Friendly staff and room was nice and spacious. The hot tub was a bit disappointing- a bit dirty and didn’t really have any jets… a bit like a “hot tub” (literally speaking). But all in all a good stay and good ROI."

What meant the most to me was how respectful and inclusive the environment is. As a Black guest, I’ve had unpleasant experiences in some hotels before, but this was completely different. I felt genuinely valued and comfortable throughout my stay. Even on my first day, I’m already hooked. Holiday Inn has definitely gained a loyal customer, 10/10, highly recommended!
