"Rooms were excellent, nice clean and newly remodeled. First issue was check in, when we arrived there was no staff at the hotel, so we were in the lobby with other guests waiting to call an individual in the Philippines who would give us the code to our room. There was only one customer service rep, so we all needed to wait our turn to call next. Why can’t codes just be emailed to guests before they arrive? The door lock is digital, which is fine except every day our door lock would fail to respond no matter trying everything for 10 minutes, which means we were locked out of our room. Luckily we were always locked out in the mornings when cleaning staff and someone in the lobby was on site, but if it failed after 7pm, we probably would have had to sleep in the car. Also parking spots were very tight even for our compact car. People angled their cars to be able to open the driver door to fit in/out of the car. "
