"Room is clean and spacious, modern"

"When we open the hide of bed, we found what looked like maybe a bee and some other bugs inside the sheets we immediately just folded it back up and put the cushions on the sofa and had no one go near it. Made for an uncomfortable stay wondering about the situation of our queen beds. Didn’t see anything in the sheets or behind the mattress. "During a 6 day stay our room was never cleaned, despite stopping daily to ask the front desk if they could please clean our room. The carpet was so dirty and it felt sticky. There was also a 2" cockroach on the wall that we had to kill. When I confronted the front desk on the fourth day of our stay - they apologized and said they didn't have enough help to take care of our room. They offered some snacks from the store - but all we wanted was our room cleaned up. This was a terrible place...

"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "
